You may already have a lot of ideas on where you would like to use your Company Name, but it is also important to keep in mind that there are some legal requirements attached to a Company Name and its use. As soon as you start making use of the Company Name, you will have to comply with a number of regulations.

It is important not to ommit printing or displaying your company name in most communication situations. Below is a list of what is required by law.

All stationeray items should display the following:

A sign needs to be displayed outside every place of business if the name is in use. The sign should also inform on where the business is registered and any inspection place.

Any Company Website should display the following elements:

It is important to stick to these values, apply them and communicate them to any potential customers. Remain consistent with your brand's values and existing customers will no doubt follow you in new ventures.

Although a Company Name can be a very strong Company asset, it might be an idea to develop a trade name in parralel, in order to allow for future expansion. The idea is to develop a strong brand name whilst choosing a more generic Company Name.
